The Entertainment Logistics Coordinator will coordinate and communicate travel and logistics for the performers, presenters, vendors and brand ambassadors for Holland America Line Entertainment operations.
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager and Talent Coordinator, creates and traffics travel requests, following the process through to communication to the traveler.
Evaluate costs to ensure all travel is within Entertainment budget guidelines and contracted fares.
Maintain a positive and professional rapport with various departments within Holland America Line, entertainment managers and agencies, transportation vendors, hotel vendors, and onboard staff to coordinate all aspects of Entertainment travel to and from our fleet.
Distributes completed travel documents.
Provides documentation to assist travelers in obtaining visas, letters of guarantee, medical certificates,
Coordinates onboard accommodations for Performers.
Assist with special Entertainment projects as requested by supervisor.
Minimum of two year’s travel industry experience preferred, with emphasis on International pricing and ticketing.
Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to adopt to ever changing work parameters that are organic to international travel.
Thorough knowledge of world geography and the airline industry preferred.
Knowledge of SABRE preferred
PC skills, Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and work efficiently.
Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality
